Role Responsibilities
Establish, maintain, and leverage external relationships with online marketplaces, social media platforms, eCommerce websites, ISPs, industry organizations, Law Enforcement, registries, and registrars
Establish best practice strategies and implement protocols for bridging MM clients with external agencies
Represent MarkMonitor at key internal and external events and present as a subject matter expert where appropriate
Develop and maintain internal relationships with Sales, Managed Services, Professional Services, and other key roles within the company
Act as a point of contact for escalations from the Managed Services, Professional Services, and Sales Teams
Be the subject matter expert on brand services, technology, and functionality
Minimum Requirements
2 years of industry experience
Excellent client service skills and success in team environments
Experience in public speaking and presentation
Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Excellent at prioritization and time management
Ability and desire to rapidly learn new skills and adapt to a changing business environment
Demonstrated ability to efficiently solve complex problems
