Tracking and evaluating patient / physician-directed online marketing initiatives / digital assets from pharma across a number of disease areas e.g. branded and unbranded websites, mobile apps, social media
Using third party data sources to track and analyse performance of these digital assets
Conducting desk research to provide context and insight on the digital landscape for clients across diseases
Attending relevant digital conferences to provide additional insight and updates for clients, as well as build
Building awareness / expertise of the digital healthcare space to understand key trends e.g. wearables, mobile apps
Digital intelligence online product
Ensure that the digital intelligence online product is updated regularly with disease-specific and broader digital themed briefings and comment wires
Answer client questions about the database
Syndicated analysis
Producing accurate, insightful and actionable digital landscape reports and briefings across various disease areas for clients as part of our syndicated service
Customized projects
Delivering customized or consulting digital projects for clients
Client services
Supporting the sales team in promoting our digital intelligence online product, and assisting with client training
Building and maintaining relationships with pharma clients
Delivering presentations of key research findings to clients
Qualifications
A university graduate in a science or business-related subject
A post-graduate qualification (e.g. MBA or PhD) would be desirable, though not essential
Experience of providing business analysis or consulting services for the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries would be beneficial
Skills and Knowledge
An active interest in and knowledge of digital healthcare and pharmaceutical industries
Ability to work independently to deliver research and analysis projects to challenging timescales
Ability to compile and assimilate large amounts of research and data in a short time
Strong business writing skills
Confident, articulate communication and presentation skills
Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
Awareness of various digital marketing techniques would be beneficial
