Job description
- Develop the service business from 6 mio to 20 mio within 3 years
- Build service excellence within Laetus
- Define offering for remote service as well as field service from problem fixing, via spare/wear/supplies to consultative services
- Drive change management within existing team from installation business to proactive lead generation service and therefore highly skilled people leader to develop team members
- Listen to various stakeholders (e.g., customers, Sales) and generate actionable insights
- Monitor customer loyalty and assess how to sustain at-risk accounts
- Retain business of preventive maintenance business
- Lead big SLA contracts
- Lead big maintenance contracts
- Business development experience
- Track record in change management
- Successfully deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges
- Proven understanding in next generation services (preventative to predictive to consultative)
