Key Responsibilities
- To work in collaboration with colleagues within the organization to identify best solutions/approaches including liaison with internal and external clients
- Monitor and maintain Software Development helpdesk function
- Create end-user support documentation and training material to support efficient use of existing commercial systems
- Create the correct documentation in line with departmental procedures such as Request For Change, Project Plans, Functional Specifications, Release Forms.
- Contributes towards systems development strategy from both a technical and commercial perspective, e.g. adding additional functionality to systems
- Develop within an Agile Methodology
- Ensure all processes both existing and new are documented to the highest level
- Perform database administration in terms of modifications to the structure, ensuring encryption of sensitive data, manipulating and cleansing data as appropriate
- Create test plan and perform unit level testing
Technical Essential Skills:
- Required to have at least 2-3 years working experience
- C#.Net
- MVC
- ASP.Net (Framework 4 and above)
- XML
- Javascript (including jQuery and jQuery UI)
- HTML5
- CSS3
- Microsoft SQL Server 2012 to present version
- Competent in architecting client-side apps and web applications
