Description

• Provide Quality Assurance support to routine activities, projects, development and training for Medical Diagnostics in Italy
• Support the development and maintenance of the GMP/GDP and ISO9001 Quality Systems and the reporting of quality metrics
• Maintain & keep quality procedures up to date and reflective of regulatory requirements
• Manage complaints received on products distributed and/or manufacture in Italy
• Assist in Audit activities

• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering Management or equivalent knowledge or work experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of quality system administration
• Knowledge and understanding of EU GMP/GDP requirements for the manufacture of sterile products
• Ability to communicate effectively in Italian and English (both written and oral)
• Knowledge about Norma UNI EN ISO 9001/2015
• EU work permit

• Experience of internal and/or external auditing
• Experience of working in small teams
• Experience of working with people in different countries
• Experience of conducting root cause analysis
• Strong process improvement mindset, passion for quality
