Description
Product Manager Pharma You will be responsible for developing and implementing the local marketing strategy and for ensuring execution of local marketing activities. You will develop and drive innovative marketing activities to improve the portfolio leadership in the Country, ensure that the sales team is prepared and have sufficient promotional support behind strategic products. You will also execute in-field marketing activities including interactions with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs); through double-visits and commercial advisory boards, and track current market situation/trends and contribute actively to corresponding plans. You will take the lead in building customer relationships with major institutions in the health care sector and liaise with internal departments to prepare the ground for products development. You will proactively identify and influence commercial opportunities and enable access to key customers and influencers. Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree in scientific or other relevant disciplines, with minimum 4 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry and understanding of pharmaceutical competitive dynamics. In terms of background, you have previous marketing experience on strategic and operational activities, expertise in analysing market dynamics and drawing conclusions for marketing strategy and tactical marketing plan. You have the ability to drive continuous improvement, and to impact and influence people, as well as the ability to strive to reach goals and you are ready to embrace change. You are able to cooperate effectively with people at all levels in the organisation. You must speak Italian and English fluently.
