Description
Key Responsibilites
Responsible for maintaining and growing direct Pharma accounts
Responsible for uncovering opportunities with net new customer within the pharma segment
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers within pharma organizations
Maintain knowledge of pre-clinical and early phases of drug development within Pharma organizations
Forecast revenue potential for each account and prioritize time accordingly
Maintain presence in the Pharma community by attending Industry Events and Tradeshows
Required Skills:
Strong Networking and Relationship-building skills – internal and external
Results-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to gain and maintain lasting customer relationships
Proven ability to understand and sell a technical product portfolio
Well organized with strong customer orientation
Excellent listening and teamwork skills
Able to work independently with little guidance
Travel Requirements:
Up to 50% of travel required within territory
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree Organic Chemistry or Pharmacology
5+ Years of successful B2B sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s/PhD degree in Organic Chemistry or Pharmacology
Exposure in either Selling or Sourcing for Pharma/ Life Sciences companies
Key Account Management sales experience
