Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide Quality Assurance support to routine activities, projects, development and training for Medical Diagnostics in Italy
- Support the development and maintenance of the GMP/GDP and ISO9001 Quality Systems and the reporting of quality metrics
- Maintain & keep quality procedures up to date and reflective of regulatory requirements
- Manage complaints received on products distributed and/or manufacture in Italy
- Assist in Audit activities
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering Management or equivalent knowledge or work experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of quality system administration
- Knowledge and understanding of EU GMP/GDP requirements for the manufacture of sterile products
- Ability to communicate effectively in Italian and English (both written and oral)
- Knowledge about Norma UNI EN ISO 9001/2015
- EU work permit
- Experience of internal and/or external auditing
- Experience of working in small teams
- Experience of working with people in different countries
- Experience of conducting root cause analysis
- Strong process improvement mindset, passion for quality
