Role Summary
• To provide advice and support in a range of Human Resource services to Directors, managers, and employees.
• To support implementation of HR strategies based on the organization's long-term and medium-term business strategies and goals in alignment with the global HR and MSD's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build corporate culture and establish systems to engage employees and enhance alignment of individuals and teams with Company Vision, Values and Strategy to deliver high performance.
- Coach / consult with managers to sell the alignment of HR objectives with business objectives. Ensure relevant communications are sent to all employees regarding policies and procedures
- Review and develop organization development strategy and influence change in people's process and systems to improve and enhance employee productivity to support overall business goals and objectives
Employer branding & talent acquisition strategy:
- Develop internal and external communication plans to project corporate image as “Employer of Choice” to attract new high potentials and motivate existing ones.
- Hiring strategy
- Work with RPO and provide guidance solutions
- Organize employer branding activities such as job fair and campus recruiting in collaboration with hiring managers & RPO
- Plan headcount during Profit Planning and manage headcount throughout the year
Implement and manage C&B programs and Performance Management according to Global and local direction
- Communicate and guide process and issues on Total Compensation Management system
- Review and consult promotion and award to managers and directors
- Provide guidance and consulting on annual performance management cycle and performance issues
- Provide communication and guidance on manager year-end review and compensation discussion
- Coach hiring managers on C&B philosophy
- Constantly work on market intelligence for adopting best practice
- To work with benchmarking team to build data and develop competitive FSR & benefit
Manage various Engagement initiatives for Company and employees
- Organize employee communication activities such as annual meeting, franchise communication sessions etc.
- Facilitate and provide consultation on HR administrative and legal cases in compliance of applicable laws and regulations.
- Advise and assist managers in their communication with employees to ensure HR policies are understood and that employees receive information about matters that may affect them.
- Conduct exit interview and manage turnover reports
Talent Management:
- To support to drive talent council as a part of talent management
- To maintain history of talent discussion and manage the talent development
- To advise / coach people managers on talent development
- Track Key Talent development progression
- Present different development opportunities to people managers
- Cascade / roll our global talent management programme at country level
Qualifications:
- Graduation / Post graduation in management or psychology
- 8 to 12 years of experience as Business Partner role, preferable in MNC
- Finance shared service and/or pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred
