Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule and conduct periodic access reviews while working closely with the Information security teams.
  • Seek out and assess potential security issues where applicable (for example excessive privileges relative to job duty or separation of duties, escalate as required),
  • Deliver consultant services in a direct capacity on client engagements
  • Engage in requirements gathering and use cases development for new access management processes
  • Create, validate, and justify security solutions and designs consistent with client objectives and best practices
  • Experience in IAM solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Single Sign-On, Federation, Privileged Account Management.
  • Transcribe and present technical information to business / executive levels
  • Develop and execute test cases and test plans for IAM solutions
  • Respond to escalated support calls for managed services, as needed
  • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support activities to other existing team members
  • Provide a high level of customer service through comprehensive communication
  • Observe project delivery protocol and ensure timely escalation of status, issues, and risks
  • Complete daily operational assigned tasks timely and quality manner while meeting established service level agreements (SLA)
  • Meet the monthly Key Performance Indicator benchmark set by the Service Manager
  • Continuous service improvement on automating provisioning and de-provisioning process
  • Identify, document and develop process improvements and streamline systems access requests during new hire, transfer and termination processes.
  • Support internal and external audits by gathering and/or coordinating deliverables for necessary evidence and review.
  • Responsible for training and supervision member as part of subject matter experts.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential and secure above all else.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Attends meetings and organizational related meetings

Why You? You are a passionate Identity and Access Management Analyst with the following attributes Technical Knowledge
  • More than 3 years’ experience in security and information technology. Preferable IAM experience within enterprise environment.
  • Experience in administering Active Directory environment with high security least privilege organization.
  • Technically hands-on knowledge in Active Directory Scripting.
  • Knowledge on mail solution (Microsoft Exchange)
  • Basic PC and Server hardware knowledge and familiarity
  • Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.)
  • Knowledge of enterprise directories and directory integration services (LDAP, Active Directory, ADFS, Microsoft Active Directory)
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Sailpoint)
  • Experience on Windows and Unix (Linux, HP, Solaris, AIX) platforms
  • Experience with the following web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web Services, etc.)
  • Experience with web application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS, etc.)
  • Familiar with PowerShell
  • Understanding of Identity and Access Management principles and practices
  • Good all-round understanding of the Internet and internal web technologies (AD, DNS, DHCP, Load Balancers, Firewalls, CAs, Webservers, HTTP)
  • Familiarity with Role Based Access Control (RBAC) a plus
Individual Competencies
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology
  • IT Professional Certification (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, etc.) a plus
  • Ability to work in a team fostered, multi-tasked environment
  • Proficient in writing and communication
