The Opportunity The purpose of this role is to build a legal framework which allows the business to negotiate with life sciences and pharmaceutical companies with a view to products and tech services being taken on by these companies. You will lead these negotiations and ensure the business has the legal support it requires for this growth and development. The business needs a lawyer who is familiar with the pharmaceutical industry and who can negotiate in relation to medical technology, healthcare technology and digital therapeutics. About You The position will suit a life sciences or pharmaceutical lawyer who is looking for something different to “big pharma” and who has a keen interest in med tech and health tech. It would also suit a Corporate lawyer who has knowledge and experience of the pharamceutical indistry. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with one of the most progressive and exciting companies in this space and lead on key commercial negotiations with new and existing clients. You may already be an in-house lawyer in a pharmaceutical or life sciences business looking to take a step up, or you might be a corporate/commercial lawyer in private practice who acts for life sciences companies looking to move in-house. You will need to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen interest in working for one of the most exciting companies around.
