The position
  • Managing and developing existing Accounts.
  • Managing the process of identifying candidates that can be submitted for our live requirements for our European and International clients.
  • Working closely with Regional Business Development teams.
  • Increase Permanent Revenue Streams within existing and prospective clients.
  • Creating talent pools of specialist niche skills.
  • Regular European travel in order to meet with our clients.
What do we need? A minimum of 12 months Pharmaceutical/ Life Sciences Recruitment. Due to the international nature of our business German or French language skills would be a definite advantage.
