Job description

Responsible for achieving sales volume targets and product mix through high performance sales execution. This involves effective accounts or territory management (Upcountry) such as new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established own geographical territory area (Upcountry), limited industry or product line. Responsible to build and maintain relationships with the key decision makers in the assigned accounts. Development of a complete marketing program, P5 in collaboration with Medical Affairs and GAPP for the flawless implementation and execution. Continuously review and analyze product line sales trends to ensure continued overall profitable growth, market share progression and market position. Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare territory business plan to meet all objectives relating to revenue and activity.
  • Demonstrate full understanding of product strategies, marketing plan and communication objectives.
  • Develop long term business relationships through regular contact with KOLs
  • Monitor own sales v. target, activity v. target, and spend v. budget.
  • Develop KOLs and product champions, maintain a list of speakers and coordinate speaker meetings and symposia through close liaison with colleagues.
  • Utilize appropriate IT based control systems to monitor business activities.
  • Ensure the implementation of quality practices (eg record cards, territory business plans, daily journey plans, product knowledge assessments etc).
  • Facilitate communication and exchange of information between all regional team members and marketing teams to ensure maximum awareness and share best practice.
  • Achieve an acceptable level of understanding of all relevant training marketing/materials and relevant clinical papers.
  • Comply with the local industry code of conduct and regulations for all territory-based activities.
  • Carry out other related tasks as requested by manager.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/Science fields
  • Minimum 2 year experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices sales
  • Good communication, positive attitude, strong interpersonal, negotiation, selling and presentation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Own transportation and driver license
  • Thai national only and available to work upcountry
