• Planning and development of strategies for TT and driving long term strategic business growth
• Identify opportunities for growth in TT reviewing all aspects - sales metrics, distributors performance, promotional mechanics , etc.
• Improve sales processes and monitor progress , analysis and reporting of sales performances in territory
• Prospect new business opportunities, develop sales activities, conduct professional presentations, prepare sales proposal and tender to corporate customers to ensure deal closing
• Establish and maintain excellent relationship with potential and existing customers
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
• Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.

• Male or Female , age 35 years and above
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical sciences,Marketing, Business Administration or Master’s degree in related field
• Minimum 5 - 10 years working experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
• At least 3 years experience in Regional Sale manager or Traditional Trade manager .
• Good knowledge and strong understanding of the traditional trade channel.
• Strong achievement motivation, result-oriented, customer focus and teamwork.
• Proven selling skills or demonstration of aptitude to achieve sales performance.
