About Our Client Our client is a well established pharmaceutical company that develops,market and sells a excellent range of non-prescription pharmacy products and prescription medicines to over 20 countries across Asia, Australasia, and Africa. In the years since then the business has more than doubled in size through a combination of organic growth, business development and acquisitions. Job Description
  • Prepare and develop marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion and ensure their execution.
  • Establish marketing plan including competitive tactics and selling message to increase market share and profits.
  • Create initiatives and road map to new product launches in accordance to regulatory and target audience.
  • Responsible for promoting product to target markets in OTC channel.
  • Creates innovate marketing strategies and develop marketing activities, implementation and tracking plan to achieves sales target.
  • Builds up and enhance relationship with key opinion leaders and target physicians.
  • Train product knowledge to sales team and able to work collaboratively with cross functional team to maintain market share.
  • Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by review and adjust demand forecast.
  • Determines customer's needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or equivalent, MBA degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical product management
  • Have a very strong and clear communicator, with a variety of stakeholders at different levels of seniority and knowledge.
  • Good at persuasion and negotiation.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
