Description

• Graduate degree from a respected university required; post-graduate or advanced degree in business, economics or MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of relevant experience (e.g., experience in the life sciences / healthcare and/or experience in managing teams)
• Superior problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to quickly ramp up on PMP data sources and how to navigate them; strong interest in the PMP space
• Have a passion for research and a willingness to develop a content spike
• Willingness to serve our internal consultant teams and client teams while simultaneously leading your own team
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams or delivering global/regional assignments
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working in multi-cultural environment
• Energetic, cooperative and pleasant personality with strong inter-personal skills
• Able to work with and effectively coach a diverse group of team members
• Excellent process management and attention to detail while being able to see the big picture
• Experience in managing multiple simultaneous demanding deadlines
• Inquisitive, investigative nature
• Proactive at identifying potential risks and challenges and creative at working toward solutions in a collaborative manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Solid understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts and terminology
• Professional attitude and high level of maturity; superb team player
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic business tools
