Description
Requirements:
• BA/BS from an accredited College or University is required
• Prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience is preferred for this role --- will also consider prior successful business to business sales experience
• Ideal candidates will have above average assertiveness, above average extraversion/relationship building, strong sense of urgency, and good amount of formality/ability to follow rules/structure.
• Consistent track record of quantifiable/documented sales accomplishments is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze and act upon sales data within an assigned geography.
• Solid and persuasive business communication with physicians and providers.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good business judgement and discretion and to analyze and address territory opportunities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a complete background check
• Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application is preferred.
• Computer Skills: proficiency in business software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Territories will be as condensed as possible - most likely 1.5 hour radius in any direction from target city.
MUST HAVE RELIABLE CAR AS DRIVING IS A KEY COMPONENT OF THIS POSITION -- Alamo will provide a monthly car allowance plus mileage reimbursement
