• • Be responsible for effective implementation of the 4P's strategy
  • Develop and maintain relations to monitor business developments and provide excellent merchandising and selling skills
  • Be required to have an in-depth knowledge of RB and relevant competitor product and a very good understanding of the disease areas and categories within the RB range of products
  • Monitor competitor activities in the implementation of appropriate response and proactive strategies
  • Provide continuous training and detailing whilst managing your territory
  • Implement and share best practice amongst colleagues and across the business
  • Ensure day to day flow of information of sales activities and transactions via relevant technology tools

• Strong sense of urgency and dynamic and passionate.
• Very strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships, good interpersonal skills and strong leadership skills.
• Independent, motivated self- starter and goal orientated.
• A drive and passion for Team work and collaboration.
• At least 2-4 years relevant sales pharma working experience in the medical, pharmaceutical and FMCG sales field. Preferred working experience in the JHB North region with experience servicing ID pharma, Dischem and Clicks.
• Excellent knowledge of 4 P’s execution
• Matric qualification as well as N. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
