Description
Your role: Reporting to our Production Support Manager and located at our Plant in Johor Bahru, as Forming Manager you will be responsible for managing all forming related functions (Job Change, IS Repair, Mould Repair and Forming & Forehearth) in order to achieve plant’s production and quality requirements. You will be responsible for auditing forehearth operations, auditing forming equipment setup and auditing gob formation, gob shape, gob cutting and delivery so that all are meeting operational standards. Additionally, you will identify low performing lines with regard to defects and downtime as well as identifying repetitive key operational issues and drive improvement plans and actions to rectify issues with improve production outputs. This role is a Monday – Friday role and has managerial responsibility over 3 forming specialists and 16 forming operators.
