Required Skills:
Bachelor of Pharmacy (licensed Pharmacist) or related degree required.
10+ years of experience in strategic planning, sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical sector
Strong understanding of the competitive dynamics of the retail pharmacy sector.
Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, manage multiple priorities and make ongoing decisions. Strong project management, organizational and analytical skills.
Demonstrated consumer research experience (qualitative and quantitative).
Experience managing sophisticated sets of data and deriving insights from it.
Strategic and analytical thinker, with the ability to look into the details and interpret the impact of key business drivers. Superior problem solving and decision-making skills. Strong financial acumen coupled with broad business/operations experience.
Proven track record in driving strategies to execution for major pharmacy and/or healthcare business strategic priorities.
Proven track record in ability to formulate solid strategy using sound business cases.
Experience in driving strategic initiatives successfully through the various enterprise governance processes.
Flexible, creative approach to business, an understanding of risk assessment and the ability to modify his/her experience and knowledge base to adapt the organization and the circumstances.
