RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop a plan for, and drive execution of, the talent strategy that supports overall organizational strategies
  • Develop and drive effective implementation of new organizational structures
  • Lead/monitor the efforts to ensure alignment and completion in respective client groups
  • Lead execution of talent integration efforts in mergers and acquisitions
  • Develop contract terms for new hires, promotion, transfers
  • Partner with mgmt on hiring needs, process improvements, and reporting
  • Consult with leaders to identify and plan the deployment of development interventions to close  capability gaps
  • Develop and oversee execution of the retention strategy for client groups
  • Encourage and provide support for the execution of VP/Dir personal development plans
  • Lead talent review and succession planning process for appropriate levels within client group
  • Facilitate advanced leadership training where needed
  • Conduct exit interviews and based upon findings, modify retention strategy where appropriate
  • Provide consultation to business leaders on organizational communications/announcements/change plans
  • Lead execution and monitor the effectiveness of change management strategies
  • Address or provide consultation for escalated or complex employee issues;
  • Provide direction in the performance of HR team member duties; establish overall priorities and ensure successful achievement of organizational initiatives that support improved performance and business results
  • Build and provide support for an environment of continuous learning and development with their HR team
  • Partner with business leaders to determine immediate and/or future talent needs
  • Leverage advanced use of HR analytics for proactive management of human capital

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A minimum of 10+ years of human resource management experience
  • Current SPHR Certification a plus
  • Demonstrated HR leadership in a large-scale, matrixed, global structure
  • Ability to drive and support organizational change
  • Knowledge of human resource processes, procedures, and practices in a global organization
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective plans for execution of overall strategy in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to influence and maintain successful consultative relationships with VP/mid-level leaders
  • Experience in developing plans for the execution of strategy through a merger/acquisition
  • Bachelor’s degree
