Description
Your Tasks:
-
- Take the responsibility for the management of all pharmaceutical technology transfers to an internal or external sites (40-60 active transfers)
- Lead and develop Global Tech Transfer strategy and support Project Managers in your team
- Contribute to the strategic network allocation, be part of the transferability evaluation
- Monitor the transfer program
- Ensure that the transfer planning is aligned and agreed with all the stakeholders and project resources are confirmed
- Define responsibilities and process improvement
- Collaborate with CMOs and contract laboratories
- Represent the Global Tech Transfer activities towards Senior Management

- Academic degree in Pharmacy (PhD is a plus)
- 10-15 years+ of experience in pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control…
- Excellent management skills and experience in leading international teams
- Profound knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and pharma regulatory requirements
- High experience with cross-functional end-to-end supply chain concepts
- Business and analytical acumen
- Fluency in English
