Design review and implementation of an updated Sales & Operations Planning process and framework within STADA globally
Selection and coaching of key S&OP roles, challenging process quality and adherence
Contribution to a continuous improvement of existing processes and development / extension of new process steps or elements
Facilitation of key S&OP meetings
Leadership of planning teams for globally planned products
Interface management across respective functions (e.g. sales, marketing, supply chain, production, procurement, finance) with regards to planning
Communicate and inform all stakeholders such as planning, production, quality, regulatory, GPM as well as suppliers and affiliates along the process
Ability to drive benefits through good S&OP practice, quantify these and present them to top management levels of the company
Your qualifications
Degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, logistics (or a discipline relevant to the role)
Fluent in English, other languages desirable
Professional experience in supply chain management, in particular in the area of Sales & Operations Planning and/or Integrated Business Planning essential
Experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer goods or chemicals industry preferable
Strong abilities in project and process management
Solid communication, influencing and follow-up capabilities required in an international environment
Disciplined facilitator of complex processes, with demonstrated ability of achieving stakeholder committment
Leader with the ability to generate ideas and make change happen
Reliable, independent and high degree of involvement required
Good MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good understanding and experience with SAP, ideally APO, but also ERP (MM, PP), BW and the IBP solution suite
