Description
Furthermore, you will:
- Conduct initial telephone interviews to match the candidate against the search profile for different projects
- Guarantee sustainable documentation of all relevant project information in the database
- Prepare status reports and other presentation materials for the client
- Participate in update calls with the client and support business development activities
- University degree (ideally in natural sciences)
- Previous experience in Executive Research / Headhunting / Recruiting is highly recommended
- Natural curiosity and intrinsic motivation
- Can-do attitude with exceptional business acumen
- Fluent English is mandatory, German would be a plus
