Description


Responsibilities
  • Manage the depth and quality of the deliverables ensuring error-free reports are delivered on time, pitching in to do the analysis and insights work when needed
  • Present the final deliverable to the client, ascertaining client feedback and sharing with the wider team to create a cycle of continuous improvement
  • Manage a global team of social listening analysts ensuring communication is effective despite the remote working
  • Develop the team providing regular feedback and a clear focus for development for each individual
  • Pitch to agencies or companies on our service offerings and respond swiftly to requests for proposal from prospective and existing clients. Create appealing project approaches that use social intelligence to solve strategic business problems and price them effectively
  • Represent Convosphere at speaking or networking events and build a profile to attract new business.
The role is based in our Hammersmith London office. We are open to the discussion of flexible or agile working arrangements including some remote working and reduced or compressed hours. REQUIREMENTS You’re an entrepreneurial self-starter who has a passion for identifying and delivering insights that drive impact. You must have direct experience of working on pharmaceutical social listening projects as well as client management and new client development within a life science or pharmaceutical context. Agency experience or digital insights & strategy experience would also be advantageous. You must:
  1. Speak & write English fluently
  2. Have 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  3. Have experience of managing a team or leading projects
  4. Have experience managing existing clients and pitching to new clients, including writing compelling proposals to answer a client brief.
  5. Have a BA/BS or equivalent undergraduate degree or hold the equivalent practical experience
  6. Be comfortable meeting with and presenting to clients and prospects
  7. Have hands-on experience conducting social listening projects within a life science or pharmaceutical context.
It would be an advantage to:
  1. Have experience writing Boolean queries for social listening or have analytics experience using R language or SQL for presenting analytic insights
  2. Be experienced in using social listening tools like Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Radian6, Synthesio or Sysomos or other social listening platforms.
  3. Have experience of managing a remote working team
  4. Have experience of business development
