Essential Knowledge and Experience:
  • Extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical pricing and market access and the value that up to date information can provide to all sector participants
  • Proven achievement in meeting financial sales targets – both new business development and repeat business from an existing network.
  • Excellent Powerpoint and Excel skills, able to present information in compelling and creative ways
  • Strong background in International pricing and market access
  • Extremely strong written and spoken English
  • Extensive employment experience in a Healthcare Consulting capacity where delivering projects to a high standard was the norm
  • Strong business development and pitching capabilities
  • Established client relationships within the field of pricing and market access would be highly desirable
  • A can-do attitude, always looking for opportunities to drive the organisation forward through collaborating with the rest of the team and our partners
  • Self-Driven to exceed expectations and able to inspire others along to perform at similar levels
  • Proven track record of building practices and leading high performing teams
  • Team player and excellent communicator
Role and responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to the following:
  • Line management of a growing consultancy team, nurturing new talent and developing a creative, motivated and effective team.
  • Leading Global Market Access and Pricing projects for key clients
  • Leading the development of our Market Access Strategy and how to evolve this to ensure continual future growth of the company and its assets
  • Identifying innovative opportunities to develop our service offerings, working alongside the development team in defining product requirements and ensuring that subsequent releases offer value to our clients
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities for growing profitable revenue
  • Creating business partnerships and service lines
  • Recruitment, development and retention of talented Pricing and Market Access Consultants, Analysts and Project Managers
