Description
Looking for someone with global consulting experience, Health Economics (HEOR), market access, ability to grow and manage teams, a proven team leader, someone nimble.
- Leads junior resources within the global HTA / Market Access research group
- Strong background in pricing and market access project work and secondary research emphasis for pharmaceuticals/biotechnology products with global remit
- Takes responsibility for creating client-ready reports, presentations and other client deliverables
- Setting clear direction, effective plans and measurable outcomes for a global team
- Ensuring work is accomplished effectively by managing employee performance, work processes and other resources both direct reports and interacting with support stuff, including technology, data, and other colleagues
- Supporting sales and helping sales & management in developing and closing opportunities in the pipeline, including proposal and deck writing
- Plans, organizes and coordinates various projects, programs and services.
- Stay abreast of market changes, both changes in competitors and competitor offerings as well as changes in the policy, reimbursement, and regulatory landscape
Requirements:
- Education – B.A. in Economics or Health Policy as a minimum, advanced degree a plus
- Experience and/or Training –Experience in a national HTA body, Pharmaceutical Market Access group, or Market Access/HEOR consultancy a requirement
