• Leads junior resources within the global HTA / Market Access research group
• Strong background in pricing and market access project work and secondary research emphasis for pharmaceuticals/biotechnology products with global remit
• Takes responsibility for creating client-ready reports, presentations and other client deliverables
• Setting clear direction, effective plans and measurable outcomes for a global team
• Ensuring work is accomplished effectively by managing employee performance, work processes and other resources both direct reports and interacting with support stuff, including technology, data, and other colleagues
• Supporting sales and helping sales & management in developing and closing opportunities in the pipeline, including proposal and deck writing
• Plans, organizes and coordinates various projects, programs and services.
• Stay abreast of market changes, both changes in competitors and competitor offerings as well as changes in the policy, reimbursement, and regulatory landscape

• Education – B.A. in Economics or Health Policy as a minimum, advanced degree a plus
• Experience and/or Training –Experience in a national HTA body, Pharmaceutical Market Access group, or Market Access/HEOR consultancy a requirement
