Responsibilities Will Include

- Project and portfolio management
- Developing and delivering innovative solutions to clients
- Leading teams (both on-site and remote), including helping to train and develop staff
- Managing and building on client relationships to maximise business opportunities
- Working closely with colleagues and internal stakeholders to ensure specialist knowledge is provided
- Working on projects that solve client questions / issues in areas such as Clinical Ops, PV/Drug Safety, Business & Competitive Intelligence, Market access, Regulatory Affairs and Business transformation
There is scope for a lot of remote / home-based working with this role, and there will also be travel to clients as there will be a Business Development / relationship management element
What You'll Need To Succeed
As well as excellent communication, organisational, and management abilities, you should have:

- A scientific, business or technical degree (or equivalent), with higher degrees, eg MBA, MSc or PhD preferred
- A proven track record of project management and delivery, ideally within a consultancy role
- An excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, preferably from a commercial standpoint
- Very good relationship / client management skills
- The ability to work to tight timelines
- Attention to detail
