Responsibilities Will Include
    • Project and portfolio management
    • Developing and delivering innovative solutions to clients
    • Leading teams (both on-site and remote), including helping to train and develop staff
    • Managing and building on client relationships to maximise business opportunities
    • Working closely with colleagues and internal stakeholders to ensure specialist knowledge is provided
    • Working on projects that solve client questions / issues in areas such as Clinical Ops, PV/Drug Safety, Business & Competitive Intelligence, Market access, Regulatory Affairs and Business transformation
There is scope for a lot of remote / home-based working with this role, and there will also be travel to clients as there will be a Business Development / relationship management element What You'll Need To Succeed As well as excellent communication, organisational, and management abilities, you should have:
    • A scientific, business or technical degree (or equivalent), with higher degrees, eg MBA, MSc or PhD preferred
    • A proven track record of project management and delivery, ideally within a consultancy role
    • An excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, preferably from a commercial standpoint
    • Very good relationship / client management skills
    • The ability to work to tight timelines
    • Attention to detail
