Job Description:Developing an understanding of the market landscape and consumer needs/unmet needs, identifying and filling product gaps, and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.Setting up and proposing the Annual Marketing Plan and Budget (both short term and long term plans) for the assigned products.Developing communication materials, and planning and executing communications through all channels.Reviewing, monitoring and controlling all promotion/advertising/donation expenses for assigned products.Coordinating with the Area Manager to implement promotional activities.Implementing training programs concerning products.Integrating and updating product data and references.Undertaking field visits on a regular basis for collecting market information.Developing and maintaining connections with key customers and key opinion leaders and related associations.Providing in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis and positioning.Qualifications: Thai national, aged not over 45 years old with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.At least 10 years working experience in OTC/ Consumer Health, preferably experience with women's products. *** This position is also open for candidates with Ethical channel expeirence who are interested in OTC.Proven track record of managing new product launches.Strong leadership and decision making skills.Analytical and strategic thinking skills.Good presentation and oral communication skills.Self-motivated, creative and well organized.Good command of written and spoken English.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelIndustryPharmaceuticalsEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionsMarketing
