Job Responsibilities
To support the successful delivery of ERM projects by delivering multiple project tasks or components, and building effective working relationships within Division and across technical communities;
Experience and/ or knowledge of:

Experience and/ or knowledge of:
Safety, Occupational Health & Environmental regulations;
PSCI, RBA, TfS and other sector-specific supply chain standards;
Supply chain audits for chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive and other manufacturing industries;
EHS Compliance Audits;
EHS Management Systems Audits;
EHS Regulatory Reviews;
Desktop & Field Assessments of compliance with Safety, Health & Environmental regulations and international standards, including skills related to:
On-Site Inspections & Observations;
Interview skills;
Document reviews and discussions;
Report preparation
Proposal preparation and budget estimation.
Experience in project management, exposure to consulting environment, leadership in health and safety aspects of the work are required.
Job Requirement
The candidate must be able to communicate well in English (both spoken and written skills).
The candidate must be open to frequent and at times, extended travel associated with the job.
The candidate must have well-developed skills associated with team work, effective time management and efficient delivery of high quality work, along with diligence and attention to detail.
Hands-on experience in industry would be considered an added benefit, if other requirements are met. Similarly, knowledge and experience of Labour laws and SA 8000 requirements, would be beneficial, though not mandatory.
