Main Responsibilities:
Support marketing-driven activities including promotional material printing, co-ordination, meeting minutes, trade stands, presentations, photocopying and binding documents
Organise catering and other administrative activities
Support the ANZ Country Manager within the Structural Heart business unit in their daily business
Organise internal / external meetings including sending out invitations, agendas, booking meeting rooms, organising catering, travel co-ordination
Assist with organising customer events
Track and coordinate Health Care Professional documentation/forms
Create, monitor and check for correct HCP documentation for management approval
Liaise with HCP and staff and arrange travel, accommodation and agenda
Logistic support in organising state meetings, National Sales Conference, Mid-year Cycle Meeting, customer events including like LAA Summit or Stroke breakfast including TM events
Coordinate external conferencing/trade displays, and liaise with convention management teams
Assist in the development of process improvements by better forward planning, event execution, quality documentation and post event evaluation
