Key responsibilities include: Contribute to testing of clinical trial databases in set-up phaseReview of case report form dataData listing reviewCheck clinical database for inconsistent, missing and incorrect dataGeneral queries to the sites in order to get the data cleanContribute to the set-up of clinical trial databases in set-up phaseContribute to study documentation during the set-up phaseCoding of medications and medical eventsData reconciliation activitiesEffective communications with cross-functional project teamsContribute to the delivery of a clean clinical databaseIdeal candidate will possess:At least 6 to 8 years of proven Clinical Data Management experience, working on clinical projects within a CRO or pharmaceutical environmentTertiary qualifications in science or related disciplineA CDM II demonstrates strong data management skills and thorough knowledge of the data management processDatabase building skills in the EDC System , RAVE along with capability to build databases in other EDC systems such as IBM Clinical development and Medrio etc.Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulatory guidelines, especially as related to data handling and processingAbility to evaluate and recommend changes to existing processes and procedures for greater effectivenesExcellent time management and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level problem solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well and flexibly i.e. autonomously, in small teams and with a wide range of varying stakeholders, including senior managementAbility to see the big picture, whilst still maintaining a focus on detail and implementationAbility to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing organisational priorities and ambiguous environmentsStrong focus on quality of work
