RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Leverage effective listening skills to build and develop a tailored/customized selling approach to fit people and gain a deeper understanding of customer needs and the situation.

- Build customer confidence and receptivity by demonstrating interest in understanding insights and information on client specific needs. Demonstrate excellence in identifying, meeting and exceeding customer expectations by understanding the business environment and partnering with customers to make mutually beneficial decisions.

- Identify new Business opportunities as per the business requirements and share relevant data with Channel Head / RMM.

- Understand and apply the selling processes, build product and industry knowledge, organize and communicate convincingly to drive acquisition and build equity.

- Become an industry leader by building a high degree of proficiency/knowledge of RB Health and competitive products.

PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES :
- Qualification- Bachelor's degree in Science OR Nutrition OR Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science OR MBA in Sales and Marketing

- Experience of Sales and Distribution in a Nutrition/Pharma environment

- 4 to 8 years
