Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop new formula, optimise/reformulate existing products and support subsequent scale-up in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
• Source and obtain all appropriate raw material samples for the development of new or reformulation products.
• Conduct and manage studies on the stability of products.
• Create, review and approve technical documents reports.
• Participate in general lab and instrument maintenance.
• Provide technical support to relevant areas of the business.

Ideally you will have:

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or a related science.
• A minimum 3 years experience in a formulation development related role within the Veterinary, Pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Sound experience and knowledge of GMP and quality systems.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
• Great attention to detail with a diligent work ethic and a willingness to complete all tasks to the highest possible standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple, changing priorities simultaneously.
