Description
Key Responsibilities (inclusive But Not Limited To)

- Dispense and supply medications in line with legal and professional requirements
- Liaise with multidisciplinary health professional teams to ensure optimal health outcomes for patients
- Provide clinical pharmacy services to client hospitals and their patients
- Counsel and educate patients and other health professionals on pharmaceutical products and services
- Assist with pharmacy administrative and quality tasks as required
Selection Criteria
- Current and valid pharmacist registration with AHPRA
- Good working knowledge of the PBS system
- Hospital experience is highly desirable.
