Description


Core Tasks:·         Provide high quality, compliant & consistent advice, support and resolution to managers, employees and outside parties, within agreed parameters in order to maximise customer efficiency, effectiveness and confidence.·         Administering HR transactional activities associated with the employee lifecycle, across the organisation within agreed procedures, standards and timescales.·         Ensure the correct escalation of queries to Subject Matter Experts and team leaders.·         Maintain team and customer relationships through advice, support and continuous improvement, providing a great experience first time, every time.·         Promote the culture where line managers are aware of and own issues within the business.·         Support the development and implementation of the appropriate policies, and framework to address issues.·         Resolve day-to-day customer service enquiries, issues and complaints, escalating as appropriate, and deal with any service recovery.·         Ensure that all employee data is entered into SAP and associated systems in a timely, accurate and consistent manner, whilst ensuring accurate and comprehensive employee information.·         Generate required reports for headcount monitoring and tracking of HR activities on a monthly basis.·         Perform Local SAP Authorisation Officer (LSAO) tasks·         Create and maintain documents, records and data to agreed procedures and standards.·         Ensure a high level of confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of work. Project SupportSupport projects in the way of providing necessary data, attending meetings, participating in/carrying out training and presenting the final product to the business to ensure deadlines are met for each project. Train employees and line managers for systems as required. Other such duties as may be reasonably required by the business.Mandatory Compliance requirements: To be aware of Astellas Group Code of Conduct and associated policies and procedures and other applicable laws, codes and regulations: to include the ABPI (The Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry) and EFPIA (European Federation of Pharmaceutical industries and Associates) Codes of Practice.Clarify and seek guidance as required, and raise any concerns, in a timely manner, with relevant manager; which may include reference to the Ethics and Compliance Team and/or Ethics and Compliance Helpdesk.
