Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage RMA IT program and projects that contribute to the success and realization of the RMA business plan
- Act as key IT contact and liaison for RMA stakeholders
- Develop and implement the IT Governance Model for RMA business. Assess IT project and operational processes supporting RMA and provide recommendations for a model to improve upon current state
- Work closely with RMA Operations to define the IT Roadmap and plan for delivery to meet annual business plan objectives
- In consultation with RMA stakeholders, build and own the prioritization process for all RMA IT work
- Lead the assessment of the technical requirements within the projects against the planned deliverables, and manage changes throughout the development process and change requests
- Ensure program and project adherence to plan using standard governance and reporting tools
