Job Purpose
The purpose of the Executive Assistant role is to coordinate the administrative support in the oncology division, ensuring its smooth functioning and provides executive assistance to the Oncology General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the OGM, such as travel arrangements, scheduling appointments and meetings and organizing Town halls and other Leadership Team meetings.
Organize and Coordinate meetings and events for the Executive Leadership Team and the Oncology General Manager.
Create Minutes for management team meetings
Prepare and update yearly planning calendar and include annual congress dates in coordination with the Leadership Team and the Project Administrators.
Manage quarterly travel expenses forecast for the OGM.
Administration coordinator for the Nordic admin team Coordinating and leading weekly TC meetings
