Description


Specific Job Responsibilities
Perform tasks for system maintenance and performance assessments.
Provide technical support to customers. Lead in investigation and responsible for resolution of system related customer complaints and reported problems. Make troubleshooting of the problem, provide and/or recommend solutions to these complaints/problems. Will be in contact with Emerson Tech support group in Manila and USA to have more level customer support.
Provide remote (phone, modem and internet) technical support assistance for System users of DeltaV DCS; be ready to be on call on shift basis.
Perform system acceptance tests, installation, commissioning, training, fault analysis and rectification work at customer sites and installations.
Assist in design studies, H/W
