Description
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and deliver training sessions and workshops;
- Participate in hands-on exercises with CRA trainees;
- Assist in the development and revision of training content;
- Evaluate effective training strategies on an ongoing basis;
- Develop new CRAs;
- Participate in evaluation of new CRAs;
- Support departmental projects/tasks;
- Coordinate departmental continuing education training curriculum;
- Assist in CRA recruitment and interviewing in collaboration with the hiring group; and
- Maintain effective communication with Line Managers regarding CRA performance and training needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of clinical research associate (CRA) experience;
- Advanced knowledge of clinical trials and drug/device development and approval processes, as well as ICH-GCP principles;
- Effective written communication and presentation skills;
