Description


Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and deliver training sessions and workshops;
  • Participate in hands-on exercises with CRA trainees;
  • Assist in the development and revision of training content;
  • Evaluate effective training strategies on an ongoing basis;
  • Develop new CRAs;
  • Participate in evaluation of new CRAs;
  • Support departmental projects/tasks;
  • Coordinate departmental continuing education training curriculum;
  • Assist in CRA recruitment and interviewing in collaboration with the hiring group; and
  • Maintain effective communication with Line Managers regarding CRA performance and training needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of clinical research associate (CRA) experience;
  • Advanced knowledge of clinical trials and drug/device development and approval processes, as well as ICH-GCP principles;
  • Effective written communication and presentation skills;
