Support the Values of Ego and ensure that his Department supports the Values of Ego

PURPOSE OF ROLE:
To enhance the effectiveness of marketing operations in Middle East markets
Support the Middle East Marketing Manager through involvement in marketing aspects (marketing materials, strategic planning, advertising, promotions, public relations, product development, distribution, sponsorship, and research) to ensure the Marketing department is performing at their optimum

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare marketing and category plans analyzing the relevant markets and defining long and short -term qualitative and quantitative objectives. This includes:
Establishment and approval of a strategic marketing plan which is timely and acceptable to management
Work on product sales forecasts with country managers which are timely and accurate
Develop pre marketing plans for new products in line with the Global marketing practice
Marketing / Category plans should include market analysis, critical success factors, marketing actions, market research clinical trials and implementation plans and should be in line with Ego ME thematic goal
Manage communications with sales force and other peers and all strategic partners to ensure marketing objectives are met. Maintain close relations with the sales force to ensure interchange of information
To communicate the product marketing strategies to Trade marketing in order to communicate it to sales team through both cycle plans and periodical meetings; to ensure cooperation regarding the strategies and to monitor the results
To monitor the innovations, market developments and competitor activities regarding the category he/she is in charge of; to keep the product vision dynamic in accordance with the market conditions; to develop projects to take benefit from opportunities in the market
Creating and developing country Brand and cycle plans
Mange trade exhibition, conferences
