Key Responsibilities
Achieve agreed sales targets by commercially managing existing customers and by the identification and development of new accounts.
Perform sales pricing in line with agreed guidelines.
Monitor and participate in tenders within assigned territory.
Proactively forecast changes in product usage to ensure accurate order completeness.
Demonstrate effective use of all available sales tools and materials provided by MHC to ensure sales targets are achieved.
Provide training through product presentation to end users to ensure proper use of wound care products as well as clinical updates and basic wound care knowledge to customers through clinical evidence.
Educate key stakeholders within accounts of the Molnlycke Health Care product and value proposition.
Identify and develop KOLs, in cooperation with the Sales Manager.
Timely submission of regular and adhoc reporting to the Management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Science or relevant discipline.
Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in pharmaceutical, nursing, clinical or medical device industry, with proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Prior background in nursing or wound care management with commercial understanding is advantageous.
Experience of selling to customers in public and private hospitals and health institutions.
Possess good communication skills (both verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Client-oriented with commercial mindset and able to provide solutions.
Possess a high level of accountability and job ownership.
Good attitude and aptitude to work in a team.
Detail-oriented and numerate.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with good organisational and selling skills.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
