Essential Functions/Responsibilities

    • Represent IT within the business teams by maintaining a high degree of visibility within the business.
    • Represent the business needs and interests within IT, contributing to appropriate IT team operational meetings.
    • Execute jointly with the business the programs agreed in the Marketing and Digital Portfolio that enables the business outcomes aspired by the respective BU Strategic Plan.
    • Sustain a thorough understanding and detailed knowledge of the key business processes and systems employed by the business to effectively drive sales opportunities and increase patient and HCP engagement.
    • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and review sessions.
    • Gather and document for each project the respective business requirements and functional requirements.
    • Design, develop and execute UAT processes with business partners.
    • Define metrics and enforcement process for creation, usage and re-use of content and overall adoption.
    • Interface with internal brand teams and external agencies to ensure compliance and architectural adherence.
    • Partner with IT Architects to develop the information technology architecture model by being able to make objective recommendations regarding the relative fit of technology to business need.
    • Responsible for working with digital marketing agencies and integrating their vision and outputs into a broader digital transformation.
    • Maintain a detailed understanding of IT operational performance and progress of ongoing development, and own accountability for problem resolution, working with a managed service partner and other implementation partners as required to meet the needs of the business.
    • Provide Marketing Technology and data support to ensure proper integration of marketing data, including internal and external sourced data with central databases.
    • Work closely with the analytics team to develop and implement reporting to adequately measure KPIs across channels (DM, EM, media) and components (mobile, web).
    • Act as a technology consultant during incident resolution and problem management/root cause analysis efforts.
