This is a vital role in our Human Resources department whose success relies upon your finely tuned skills and background. If you are ready to make a difference for our office in Munich, you must be able to accomplish these tasks:Act as HR Generalist for designated countries;Coordinate the entire recruitment process related to the countries assigned, both directly and through external recruiters, from staffing requisition to final offers;Screen, interview, and communicate with candidates during the interview process;Handle employee questions and suggest necessary actions, andOther general HR tasks and project work.QualificationsMinimum a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Studies or related)Fluency in German and English language, another European language is desirable;Excellent communication and customer service skills;High attention to detail; andAbility to maintain confidential data.
