Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategies to identify and attract senior level talent to the organization; inclusive of both organic attraction techniques and partnership development with key external staffing partners
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find top talent to support the growth strategies of the organization
  • Conduct proactive talent pipelining and sourcing initiatives leveraging industry expertise and relationships, as well as research/mapping.
  • Build and foster strategic relationships with key external staffing partners. Develop solid relationships internally with executives in client groups as well as with HR Business Partners
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and assigned clients to provide a consultative approach to workforce planning with proactive pipeline development to meet anticipated needs
  • Consult with and advise internal company executives on key talent decisions and strategies
  • Pre-screen, qualify, and source senior level external candidates
  • Manage pro-active lists of qualified candidates for future openings
  • Develop an effective pipeline of key talent from competitors and industry leaders.
  • Manage and participate in targeted recruiting initiatives
  • Collaborate with Compensation and HR Business Partners to design competitive offers to candidates
  • Interview candidates for core competencies, leadership competencies, cultural fit and future potential
  • Track milestones and timelines across projects, analyzing and communicating project risks and issues as necessary, making adjustments to project plans, timelines or resources to ensure successful project delivery
