Qualifications
- Track record of creatively retrieving, analyzing, and presenting complex industry and business information.
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- An undergraduate degree from a respected institution plus an advanced degree such as an MBA or a Masters degree is preferred.
- Work experience in either Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Procurement areas in medical devices or pharmaceuticals
- Demonstrated analytical ability is required, and advanced work in a business-related discipline, or in a subject relevant to the area of focus is a plus.
- Superior problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Experience in managing multiple simultaneous demanding deadlines
- Inquisitive, investigative nature
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts and terminology
- Professional attitude and service orientation; superb team player
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic business tools
- Strong analytics skills and knowledge of SAS, SPSS, Alteryx and Tableau is a plus
