Major Areas Of Accountability

  • Drives revenue growth of IPS products and solutions by meeting or exceeding both new sales and retention goals on monthly and quarterly basis
  • Focuses on customer relationships to ensure retention of existing revenue, while widening product usage and increasing the customer penetration for the business segment.
  • Understands market and client requirements and uncovers new business opportunities
  • Drives usage and customer satisfaction by upgrading to state of the art platforms, providing ongoing support and training coordination
  • Analyzes client needs and develop strategies tailored to each organization.
  • Maintains, develops and grows a rigorous pipeline, with accurate forecasting.
  • Pursues new business opportunities through various prospecting and account development activities.
  • Negotiates and closes business segment customer contracts.
  • Creates and manages a territory development plan and reports on results.
  • Utilizes knowledge of intellectual property to conceive and position value-added solutions to promote business growth in the corporation and to lift growth in IPS revenues.
  • Contributes to the development of new sales revenues and client retention by identifying potential sales and retention opportunities, conducting pre-sales calls, delivering customized presentations, creating written proposals and providing subject-matter expertise.
