Major Areas Of Accountability
- Drives revenue growth of IPS products and solutions by meeting or exceeding both new sales and retention goals on monthly and quarterly basis
- Focuses on customer relationships to ensure retention of existing revenue, while widening product usage and increasing the customer penetration for the business segment.
- Understands market and client requirements and uncovers new business opportunities
- Drives usage and customer satisfaction by upgrading to state of the art platforms, providing ongoing support and training coordination
