Description

Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Drive and lead scientific and medical expertise with the MSLs(TAs and products)
• MSL leadership and coaching: IPDs, Development Plans, best practice sharing, KOL engagement, presentations, etc.
• Lead skill development in KOL engagement, scientific engagement, market access medical support and other appropriate
• Ensure MSLs support the appropriate number of KOLs aligned to medical strategy
• Lead scientific engagement strategies, Disease State Education, clinical presentations and responses to medical requests (medical information)
• Ensure updates and metric reporting to medical team and, other appropriate internal stakeholders on medical community interactions
• Summarize and share relevant scientific insights from the medical community with appropriate country and global teams
• Ensure appropriate communication and strategy alignment between MSL/medical strategies and country colleagues (sales, market access)
• Lead medical support for KOL advocacy and formulary access following global and local policies and procedures
• Lead MSL support and implementation of medical activities (advisory boards, congress symposia, hospital meetings and speaker programs)
