Overall Responsibilities include:

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, within budget and of high quality
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and supportability
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation ensuring all project documentation is loaded to the proper Share point repositories

Qualifications include:

PMP or equivalent work experience
SAP or Similar ERP Experience
College diploma or University degree
Minimum 10 years related work experience managing large IT and Business Projects
Application experience; implementation/enhancements; Seradex, Profit, SAP, IFS, MS Dynamics -CRM, Salesforce, Jet, Targit or similar software solutions
Business Process Experience; CRM, ERP, Service, Process Re-engineering, Quality Assurance, BI/DW solutions, Master Data Management etc.
Experience with various methodologies including Waterfall, Agile Scrum, etc.
Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products
Proficient in MS Office tools including MS-Project and MS-Visio
Financial Background in the areas of project cost accounting including capitalization and ROI Calculations
Industry exposure within Medical Manufacturing, Pharma or HealthCare an asset
Some travel to USA and Europe (valid Passport mandatory)
