Key Responsibilities:
Achieve defined sales goals and quota within assigned accounts
Strategically plan the week, month and quarter to target and implement a plan to insulate and grow business to meet corporate revenue goals
Educate through case coverage, in-services and office calls to drive account independence
Build professional relationships with physicians and other clinical professionals by attending a variety of events
Organize and report accurate customer data

Compensation:
Base: $50-55k
Y1 OTE: $70-75k

Position Requirements:
Bachelors of Science or equivalent experience preferred
Ability to effectively communicate and persuade audiences
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Consultative and supportive approach to nurture and support the customer needs
Experience Requirements:
2 years of B2B sales experience
Prior experience in the medical device industry strongly preferred
Must be proficient in Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
